David is responsible for managing all aspects of Iconic equities acquisition function across all target markets, as well as origination of new business, and supporting capital markets efforts.

Before joining Iconic Equities Group as Head of Acquisitions David served as the Managing Director of Capital Markets at Crowdstreet, covering the Western United States. David brings over ten years of experience in institutional acquisitions and investments with over $1B in transaction volume focused on industrial, multifamily, & office.

He previously worked for Harsch Investment Properties in the Pacific Northwest, Bixby Land Company in Southern California, as well as worked for larger institutional investment groups such as Deutsche Bank (RREEF), Invitation Homes, and Inland American. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Chicago, Illinois and holds FINRA securities license 63 & 79.
