Michael is responsible for the firms acquisitions efforts in the Central US as well as asset management of our portfolio.

Prior to joining Iconic Equities, Michael was an analyst at the Industrial Realty Group where he was responsible for providing financials and strategic analysis related to the acquisition of over $500M of new industrial and other commercial properties.

Michael’s involvement in asset management included working in asset-level investment performance reporting for over 18M square feet of owned assets. Before Industrial Realty Group, Michael worked with teams at Rexford Industrial and Lee & Associates in the Los Angeles Area. Michael currently splits his time between Miami and Los Angeles. Michael attended the University of Southern California where he received a degree in Real Estate Development.
