Ty is responsible for sourcing new opportunities in key West Coast markets and leads the transaction process for all industrial transactions.
Prior to joining Iconic Equities, Ty was on the transaction team at Prologis, where he led the due diligence and closing process on 10 ISF acquisitions totaling over $180MM, most of which were located in California.
He also worked on the closing of 16 additional acquisitions totaling $455M in transaction volume and 9 dispositions totaling over $289M. Ty resides in Los Angeles and will cover Southern California, Phoenix, Dallas and Las Vegas in this program. Ty graduated from Columbia University with a degree in economics.
